Why we exist.
We are problem solvers: thinkers and builders drawn to the complex challenges heavy industry produces. We keep the firm small, take a limited number of engagements at any one time, and run them end to end.
Most of what we know was learned inside difficult programs, the ones that worked and the ones that taught us more. Those lessons were not cheap, and the point of hiring us is that you should not have to pay for them twice. They add up to a practical view of where technology capital should go, and what genuinely returns.
We keep the firm deliberately small and bring in associates engagement by engagement, chosen for the shape of the work: operating-model strategy, applied AI and data architecture, software engineering, program delivery, and the regulatory shape of mining, energy, critical minerals, marine, nuclear and defence.
